How do you charge?
Project work is charged at a daily rate which is dependent on the type, scale and length of the task or you can hire Sue on a retainer basis where you pay a monthly fee. Sue also offers a fixed fee service for one-off pieces of work. In essence, charging is suited to the business so please talk to Sue about your needs and she can provide you with a quote within 48 hours of your enquiry. A discounted rate is offered to charities.

Kaveney HR Solutions has over 20 years’ experience in various sectors including not for profit, private, engineering, construction, education and training plus many more. Where are you based?
Kaveney HR Solutions is based in Carlisle, Cumbria but Sue travels regularly across the county and throughout the UK. Depending on the client and the nature of the work, tasks can be carried out on-site or remotely.
When do you work?
Kaveney HR Solutions is a small business and is unable to offer a 24 hour support line but Sue aims to answer all queries within 48 hours and she can signpost to emergency support when needed. If you feel you may need HR support on an ongoing basis you may wish to consider engaging Sue on a retainer package where you can secure an allotted amount of support per month.
Length of contract/support?
There is no minimum or maximum length of contract. Projects and contracts are dependent on availability and requirements and will be tailored to suit your needs. Sue offers a range of high quality and cost effective services and packages of support, all personalised to find the right solution to your issue or problem.
