Originally founded in 2008 by Sue Kaveney, Helen Dawson took over the business in January 2022.

With over 20 years of multi-sector experience, Helen will work with you and your organisation to ensure that you are compliant with current legislation, are kept up to date with the latest developments and that any changes to your team and associated procedures are managed carefully, confidentially and cost effectively.

Support is tailored to suit your business needs and Helen provides information in an easy-to-understand style that is relevant for you and your team. Helen can work flexibly to suit your business or organisation and can be hired for one-off tasks and projects. Alternatively, she can offer ongoing support through her popular retainer scheme or an HR Care Package.

However you choose to work with Helen, you can be confident that she will listen to your needs, talk you through any recommendations or actions and deliver a practical solution that meets your specific requirements.

HR can be difficult for even the savviest of organisations but Helen aims to take the stress out of a stressful situation for all her clients.
