About Sue Sue is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) having gained her Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management at the University of Northumbria. She has over 13 years experience dealing with all aspects of HR activity, including employment law and legislation; recruitment, selection, retention and exits, policy implementation and management, employee relations, managing change, performance management, including absence, compensation and benefits, training and development and competency frameworks.
Her sector experience has been gained in small and medium enterprises - Not for Profit, Private, Engineering, Construction, Education and Training. She also has experience of Investors in People and Matrix accreditations, BSi and ALI/Ofsted Inspections. Sue is also Thomas International Trained – Psychometric and Aptitude Testing – to an Advanced Level.
